Take those broken pieces Turn them into something good That ship will always sail Just not the way you thought it would Where you end up it's hard to say But where you are it's still okay Just remember to breathe We all get there eventually Give it time Take a ride with me, let's get away Give it love We'll treat it like a holiday Give it time Let's let go of this heavy weight Give it love Happiness can start again today Watch as strife releases If you let it drift on through What you hold inside your heart is yours alone to choose Where you end up it's hard to say But where you are it's still okay Just remember to breathe We all get there eventually Give it time Take a ride with me, let's get away Give it love We'll treat it like a holiday Give it time Let's let go of this heavy weight Give it love Happiness can start again today

How come we've never heard Darth Vader sneeze? Do the Sith get allergies? Does he blow his nose when they cut the scene? Does he have to take Claritin? Do his eyes get itchy and red? Under the mask he's always wearing Pollen gets to everyone, even in space There's no flowers in his place And you'd never see any near his face Pollen gets to everyone; oh, what a drag Allergies make us sad It doesn't matter if we're good or bad Does he ever walk through a field, admiring daffodils? If he does, I'll bet he's cursing On the Dark side you don't have to breathe those fragrant things No need for tissues, unless there's heavy brooding Are you alright, Lord Vader? Are you Okay? Underneath the mask? Pollen gets to everyone, even in space There's no flowers in his place And you'd never see any near his face Pollen gets to everyone; oh, what a drag Allergies make us sad It doesn't matter if we're good or bad Are you alright, Lord Vader? Are you Okay? Are you alright, Lord Vader? Are you Okay? Are you alright, Lord Vader? Are you Okay?

Everyone's got their Twitter up Just waiting. For the next outrage Facebook; such a flutter of Berating. Hooked on hot debate Keep away, wet buttercup That yellow, poison pain The mob, unyielding Deny the chance to dissipate Let's discuss the elephant There's no room for civilties Less than elegant. Our reason Cutting holes into the sheets Keep away, wet buttercup My brightly blinding shame The mob, unyielding Rabble, rabble - Here we go again Just a cup of cherry pits So shiny, red and sweet Harmless as a butterfly, until you start to feed Scroll through eternity That warm narcotic haze No use for brevity, But let's just paraphrase Keep away, wet buttercup That yellow, poison pain The mob, unyielding Deny the chance to dissipate Keep away, wet buttercup My brightly blinding shame The mob, unyielding Rabble, rabble - Here we go again

When I wake up before breakfast I get my pills and I wash them down Acid reflux gets the best of us - Is my L5 still around? I keep on saying, it's heartbreaking Things aren't the way they used to be Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! It's hard to laugh, when I'm running to the loo Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! I can't remember what I was gonna do When I go out to get the groceries, I can't believe the way they run around Cars fly by with reckless abandon Bet they're on their cell phones now I keep on saying, it's heartbreaking Things aren't the way they used to be Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! It's hard to laugh, when I'm running to the loo Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! I can't remember what I was gonna do I'm too old for this shit But I'm too stubborn to quit Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! It's hard to laugh, when I'm running to the loo Ha ha, that old guy's funny Oh shit, I'm an old guy too! I can't remember what I was gonna do

Broken Dream 03:05
Fastidious direction Know where you're going to I'm watching your inflection, While you're breaking all the rules The superintendent's intending to stay They've praised him for golf stroke and gave him a raise The mystery workers are stumped on morale It's settle for coffee, or throw in the towel There's a broken dream getting lost among the dishes You can trade your goals and take the rags over the riches Settle for the life of the grand new American dream Pay your taxes Take the trash out Do the laundry Take a loan out The workers are nervous and starting to talk The wallets are empty, their eye on the clock We count down to Friday, pickled and pearled End of the week, or the end of the world? (This is awesome) (Look, I'm winning) I'll take the coffee with some room for cream (Is it Friday?). (Head is spinning) With one eco-friendly organic cup sleeve (This is awesome) (Look, I'm winning) I'll Take my worries and eat them away (Is it Friday?). (Head is spinning) Depression is fake news; I guess I'm okay There's a broken dream getting lost among the dishes You can trade your goals and take the rags over the riches Settle for the life of the grand new American dream Pay your taxes Take the trash out Do the laundry Take a loan out (This is awesome) (Look, I'm winning) I'll take the coffee with some room for cream (Is it Friday?). Rosewater, give me gulab jamun Spellslinger, send me to the islands Fifth season, please be over soon Doctor, keep your eyes set focused on the silence Memories come sweeping through my heart now I turn the pages all night long It's a wonder how we get there somehow back to the place where we belong Sleeping Giants, are you gentle for our sake? Shades of Magic, bring Antari to the grey Hope Never Dies, I hope it's true Six of Crowes, I'll have to make it through Butter Biscuits - Bubble bath I got shiny things for days The world is mine to take Butter Biscuits - Bubble Bath I'm not ready to give up yet I'll never be somebody's pet Memories come sweeping through my heart now I turn the pages all night long It's a wonder how we get there somehow back to the place where we belong

Good Love 03:39
I got so many people 'round me focusing on love that it gives me hope I need and I just can't get enough I need those good vibes. Sunshine. Big hearts. Calm minds Kindness and compassion is what we should leave behind Not that anger. Take intolerance and throw it away I want my child to smile before he learns to wrinkle his face And play with any kid, regardless of the gender and race Without questioning their preference and choice of who to date Give me love. Sweet love None of that other stuff Just give me good, good love Every day that I wake up and read the news I could cry It breaks my heart the way we treat each other cold sometimes And the reactions can brutal. We're just so detached Like we forget that it's a human that we're laughing at An act of kindness sends a ripple and sets a better path You never know, who you're shouting at, just where they are at We've all got our problems. We could all use a hand Empathize a little and just try to understand Your words can cut them deep and hurt them Can lift them when they're weak and heal them Can give them inspiration - then they pass it along Ten million people helping, that can never be wrong Start today by doing any one little thing If it can make another smile and ease up their suffering It doesn't take a lot of effort just to be nice The alternative has failed, so let's give this thing a try Give me love. Sweet love None of that other stuff Just give me good, good love

Wake up. Check the arguments First mistake - don't read the comment thread Stranger says to stranger, so impersonal Go get dead Make the oatmeal. Start the coffee Ready the small talk (like Fibonacci) Too much. I've done too much adulting now Too much. I've done far too much My heart is not the age I'm at Please deliver my funk I want to groove this day away Ain't no fun in nine to five. Oh, misery Don't let your heart grow old. Set it free Make the oatmeal. Start the coffee Ready the small talk (like Fibonacci) Too much. I've done too much adulting now Too much. I've done far too much My heart is not the age I'm at

Dip those yummy cookies On the parchment paper , let it set Drizzle that chocolate on the cookies Eat the cookie (mmm, those cookies) Eat the cookie (love some cookies) Yeah!

Take my words and you throw them all away Take my best intentions. I don't need them anyways Let's get ruffled enough that we can't sit Let's go out on a limb and watch it snapping bit by bit We set the path for youth today (We can do better) Show love and kindness in our ways (We can do better) We can do better. We can do better Each word we speak sends ripples running out Our hearts in anguish screaming loud Compassion is a voice that can be heard They listen while we choose all of our words We set the path for youth today (We can do better) Show love and kindness in our ways (We can do better) We can do better. We can do better
